This page is maintained by Ash Archive Studios to answer common privacy questions about Amara the Archivist: Lost Memory Quest. It describes the data we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

If you choose to sign in, our backend authentication service stores your account identifier and session data so you can continue your journey across devices. We do not collect real names, addresses, or payment information unless you explicitly provide them through a future store or support channel.

• To improve the app and fix technical issues.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

The app uses essential cookies and tokens for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies by default. If we add optional analytics in the future, we will update this page and provide a way to opt out.

4. Data retention and deletion

Session and account data are retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove associated game progress and identifiers within a reasonable time, except where we are required to keep minimal records by law.

5. Platform and hosting context

This app is built and hosted on the Lovable platform, which provides deployment, backend infrastructure, and authentication services. Ash Archive Studios owns the app content, story, characters, and user-facing practices. Lovable's role is limited to platform infrastructure. This statement is not an independent certification or audit of Lovable's services.

6. Children's privacy

The game is designed to be family-friendly and educational. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal data without consent, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Your privacy rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@amarathearchivist.online. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Security and incident contact

We take reasonable steps to protect account data and game progress. If you discover a security issue, please report it responsibly to security@amarathearchivist.online.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
